Josep Puerto, the fourth player from the Mur dels Somnis to debut with Spain
Valencia Basket captain Josep Puerto became tonight the fourth player trained at L'Alqueria del Basket and member of the Mur del Somnis to make his debut with the Spain senior national team. He did so at the Pazo dos Deportes Paco Paz during the Eurobasket 2025 qualifying match against Slovakia, starting the game
In addition to the new captain of the "taronja" team, three other names are recorded both on the central court wall at L'Alqueria del Basket and in the historic list of senior internationals with Spain: Víctor Claver, Juanjo Triguero, and Sergio De Larrea.
